The Fit and Fertile range of natural health products for dogs and cats has been created in-conjunction with dog and cat owners and breeders. Fit and Fertile products assist with improving the digestive system, aiding healthy joints, helping with nervous, ring-shy dogs, coat re-growth and coat condition.
Our approach is based on understanding their needs and developing products and services to achieve the best results for them, many of which have been reviewed in DOG WORLD publication by Jane Lilley.
Keith
Shea, founder of Fit and Fertile Ltd, has been actively involved in
animal reproduction for over 25 years. Keith has produced in excess of
250,000 piglets born via Artificial Insemination. Having attended the University of Vienna, Veterinary Sciences, Department of Animal Breeding and Reproduction. Under the personal supervision of Prof. Schaeffer-Somi where he achieved a certification in Canine Sperm Evaluation and Preparation of Semen for fresh/chilled and freezing procedures.
During 2006, our new laboratory facility was commissioned at the Fit and Fertile Ltd office in Preston, Lancashire, using the latest equipment in the industry to achieve the highest possible standards. As a result we can now offer a mobile freezing service (*2 or more stud dogs at one venue).
Fit And Fertile Ltd use the Uppsala Extenders and Freezing Mediums, which are supplied by CaniRep, to which Dr. Catharina Linde-Forsberg has researched and formulated the Uppsala range. Dr. Catharina Linde-Forsberg is a world wide known figure within Canine Reproduction.

We
organise regular shipments to world-wide destinations for our clients
requiring frozen semen and fresh/chilled semen to overseas
destinations. In order to reduce costs further for our clients, we are
able to organise shared shipments. Please contact the office to add
your details to our database and we will be happy to update you when a
shipment to your country destination is being made.
